| With the help of community sponsors the St.Catharines Jaycees will provide a free Easter Egg Hunt for children up to the age of 10. This event is put on for the community of St. Catharines as a way to celebrate the Easter long weekend. Traditionally this event has hosted four separate Easter Egg Hunts for children aged 1-10. Furthermore, the event is a great way for young people to learn more about our community. The Jaycees Annual Easter Egg Hunt attracts local community figures including the mayor, local MPP’s, city councilors, local media and emergency services personnel. Those attending the event are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item or a cash donation to the gate, which at the completion of the event will be presented to Community Care. There will also be a BBQ on site and many other fun events all morning long.
